ZANNI (Ẓ) is a project by Carlo Zanni. ZANNI (Ẓ) is a cryptocurrency named after the artist and it is based on an ERC-20 token, the cryptocoin that’s built atop Ethereum – the smart contracts platform powered by Ether.
In this project the artwork, its price and the artist collapse one into each other, ready to be traded and contemplated as numbers on a screen: the art market at its peak.
The cryptocurrency in itself is the artwork.
