tic-tac-toe (loser) is the printout of a spam email I got from curator Dan Cameron. The title refers to a Canadian scratch-off lottery reversed engineered by Mohan Srivastava, a geological statistician who showed how our perception of fortuity is, at some upper level, extremely planned.
